Human Resources Manager at Royal Lestari Utama, Samarinda, East Kalimantan.
This role involves developing and implementing HR strategies and annual work plans in line with business objectives. Responsibilities include managing industrial relations to ensure compliance with labor laws and company policies, providing HR advisory to management on employee relations, performance, organization development, and other people matters. The manager will also lead HR Generalist activities such as HR services, employee development, performance and talent management, and manpower planning. Driving employee development through coaching, counseling, performance reviews, and career development is key, alongside managing and monitoring HR budgets, manpower costs, and HR-related KPIs. Ensuring effective implementation of SHE (Safety, Health, and Environment) procedures and promoting a strong safety culture are also part of the job. The role requires analyzing HR data to provide recommendations for organizational effectiveness and employee engagement, as well as leading and developing the HR team and driving continuous improvement of HR processes.
Requirements for this position include a Bachelor’s Degree in Law, Psychology, Management, HR Management, or a related field. Candidates should have a minimum of 3 years of experience in a similar position, preferably within the manufacturing sector. Strong experience in HR Generalist and Industrial Relations is essential, along with good knowledge of Indonesian labor laws (UU No. 13/2003, UUCK, and related regulations). The ideal candidate possesses strong leadership, analytical thinking, communication, and budgeting skills, as well as excellent stakeholder management and problem-solving abilities. Proficiency in English, both written and spoken, is highly preferable. Candidates must be willing to be placed or relocate to Samarinda.
This position is for a Permanent employment term with a 3-month probation period, located at the Rubber Factory in Samarinda City. The working system is regular Monday to Friday, with no roster.
