Are you a passionate software engineer who enjoys building scalable systems while mentoring and leading a team? We are looking for a Technical Lead to drive technical excellence, provide architectural direction, and support the growth of our engineering team.
What You’ll Do
- Lead and mentor software engineers across various experience levels
- Drive technical decisions and establish engineering best practices
- Review code and ensure high-quality software delivery
- Design and develop scalable applications and services
- Troubleshoot complex technical challenges and improve system performance
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams and stakeholders to deliver impactful solutions
- Promote knowledge sharing and continuous improvement within the engineering team
What We’re Looking For
- Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science or related field
- 5–10 years of software development experience
- At least 2 years in a leadership, senior engineer, or technical lead capacity
- Strong expertise in one or more technologies such as Laravel, Golang, Python, or React
- Solid understanding of Software Architecture, System Design, RESTful APIs, and Microservices
- Experience with AWS, GCP, or Azure
- Familiarity with CI/CD, Git, and DevOps practices
- Experience with Docker and Kubernetes is a plus
- Strong communication skills and business-level English proficiency
